Please review our Terms and Conditions below regarding this process:

A 25% restocking fee and return shipping will be assessed on all returns.

All items must be inspected upon delivery and damages reported within 72 hours of receipt.

All lead times are estimates & we strive to be as accurate as possible, however due to our exceptional standards there can be delays in manufacturing.

Proof of purchase is required: invoice, order packing slip, or order number are acceptable.

Any returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only at our California Fulfillment Center.

Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 25% of the total purchase price of the returned items less the cost of delivery.

Your item will be inspected upon return, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.
